The three day workshop ‘ An introduction to lean implementation' focuses upon the benefits that a structured approach to implementing lean into the work place can bring to an organisation.
Identifying opportunities for increasing efficiency and saving money, this workshop takes the theory from the page and makes it relevant to today's challenges.
The workshops are multi-organisational, allowing participants to engage with others, sharing experiences and ideas, thus enriching their learning experience. Starting in September 2009, with a limited number of funded places, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
