Founded in 2003, by Steve Page, the company originally worked alongside the regions colleges, providing Business Improvement Techniques training and consultancy.  The business grew, working with some of the regions recognisable brand names, as well as SMEs. During the last eight years, Steve and the team have identified a phenomenon now known as 'The Business Owner's Trap.'

A natural outcome of the way that businesses grow, the 'Business Owners Trap' is a problem that is often accepted as a way of life for SME business owners. The trap locks owners into the daily operational activities and decision making of a business, consuming significant amounts of time and energy, leaving little time or money for achieving strategic growth.
