5S
A lean technique which has been successfully implemented and sustained within many organisations, delivers tangible improvements to the quality of the product, morale, preventative maintenance and housekeeping. Each S is a stage within the 5 S process, which ensures that areas are clear of clutter, tools and equipment are correctly located, free of dirt and defects and all operatives complete tasks and routines in the same standardised best practice way. This is a hands-on training course, which combines a training element with our successful approach to on the job consultancy. Packages can be created to suit your specific requirements, ranging from a one to ten day program.
Project Management
All programmes of change and improvement require an understanding and application of project management. We can provide your company with support in this field, either by managing the project alongside you, or training your people to own and champion the change, by adopting a project management system.
