How does it work?

Whether you chose the Ilixia Flexible, or the Ilixia Formal, the programme works to release you from the Business Owners Trap, through the completion of three phases:

  1. Business Review to identify individual Business Goals and Development Needs.

  2. Business Foundation Coaching to help prepare and make ready for change.

  3. Business Development Coaching to guide the participants through the implementation of a wide variety of business improvements.

The Programme are moulded to you and your business, with a route that meets your business needs, tailored to deliver the results that you require.

Ilixia Flexible:

Easy in, Easy Out. The programme is delivered by an Expert Business Coach, who will work with you to develop your business. Each session with the Business Coach will be a half day appointment (typically three hours). These sessions can occur at a rate suitable to you.

The sessions are delivered to each business in different ways, to suit individual Business Owners. Booked in banks of ten, the sessions take place at a rate that will more easily fit in with the demands already placed upon you.

How Much Does it Cost?

Ten sessions are available at £390 plus VAT each. Payment can occur over 12 months, with monthly direct debits arranged, providing you with a clear understanding of your financial commitment to the programme. On this basis, ten sessions would have a monthly direct debit of £325 plus VAT.

Ilixia Formal:

A different perspective. The programme includes between 60 to 80 contact hours with an Expert Business Coach, over a 12 month period. The delivery takes place using a combination of methods:

Available as a programme to begin the journey of release, or as a follow on from the Flexible programme. Promoting best practice in management, innovation and company development, all with the intended goal of rapid sustainable growth.

How Much Does it Cost?

The programme is available for £10,000 plus VAT, per business. Direct Debits can be arranged over a 12 month period,  providing you with a clear understanding of your financial commitment to the programme.
